Muttations, sometimes referred to simply as mutts, are animals that have been genetically altered, bred, or engineered by the Capitol for use as weapons, forms of torture and intelligence.
Underwater mutts[]
They only live in the water, we don’t know how they look like. Only a few things: They are green, slimy, and have long arms to pull you in the water. These creatures appeared in the 1st Pain Games. And are released on Day 5 (the day when the arena flooded).
Dragonfly[]
Insect, deadly and poisonous. It has the speed of a cheeta, the strength of a elephant, and the size of a pelican. These creatures appeared in the 1st Pain Games. And are released on Day 6.
Tree mutts[]
They are small but live in numerous quantities and attack from the trees. They are almost invisible. These creatures appeared in the 1st Pain Games. And are released on Day 6 aswell.
Mollianne mutt[]
The Mollianne mutt is described to be like a monkey; with teeth and blank grey eyes (which is the same eyecolour as the real Mollianne). It appeared in the 2nd Pain Games, during the final. It was released on Day 6. It killed Danica Rosedain by slitting her neck with it's sharp claws, not because it's evil but because it wanted to save Danica from the cruel, painful death that she apparently would have faced with an opponet like Excel.
