Ciaria Ella is one of the female tributes from District 4 in the 3rd Pain Games. She was killed early in the games by Candice Bolt.

She has long flowing blonde hair, with beautiful deep blue eyes. She trained so she is pretty muscley and strong. She isn't that tall, only 5'6

She volunteered as she decided it was her time to shine in the games, her family and friends believed she was stupid but she ignored them.
Chariots[]
